production land, labour, capital, organization or
management and entrepreneurship. Out of these five
factors, the labour is the active factor of production.

Medicines must be available when the need
arises.
Ensure that ample stock is maintained. For
this purpose, a person can be assigned with
the responsibility of keeping a check on the
stock of medicines on a day to day basis and
report it to concerned authority.
Train a person from every batch/cell/area
about the application of which
medicines to what kind of ailments.
CONCLUSION

stated that the overall satisfaction levels of
employees about welfare measures in the
organization cover under study is satisfactory.
However, a few are not satisfied with welfare
measures provided by the organization.
