Key Performance Indicators

Key Performance Indicators, also known as KPI or Key Success


Indicators, help an organization measure its progress towards
organizational goals. Once an organization has analyzed its
mission, identified all its stakeholders, and defined its goals, it
needs a way to measure progress toward those goals. Key
Performance Indicators are those ways of measuring the
amount of success of the business goals

Here I will set the KPIs for Jetts action plans.


For the first goal which is entering the Asian market, a KPI can
be looking at peoples feedback on this discussion and
reviews of the focus groups. Set all the tasks to be done till
setup in Asia from very beginning to end and match it with
the day to day progress, so this will be the KPI for first goal.

The second objective here is to increase the sales. So the very simple
KPI in this case will be the percentage of its income that comes from
return customers. The second KPI can be keeping the record of number
of customer assisted or registered in one month. These will give us the
idea of sale increase in that particular time.

CONTINGENCY PLANNING

In the older days contingency planning was not that


popular. Then it was only made for the disasters but now
a days businesses have to have a contingency or B plan.
It can be for the loss of data, employees, finance or
anything that needs to run the operations of an
organization. There are usually three steps of contingency
planning which are as follow

Risk assessment- This is the main step in contingency


planning. Here Jetts needs to see all the areas where they
cannot go without if the original plan fails to work. So
assess all the risky areas like if they cannot do without a
trainer so they need to write down all areas like that.

Make the plan- This step is to see what substitute can we


provide if the main plan has failed. As we took the
example of trainer so Jetts needs at least one extra on
call trainer, so in case the regular trainer calls sick or cant
make it on a day then they need to get the other trainer

Internal Marketing

Internal marketing is a process where company motivates,


aligns and empowers its employees to consistantly deliver
their best in order to achieve company objectives.

Jetts can give training classes to their employees working


in the gyms like manager, assistant manager, trainers and
all others on how to deal effectively with the different
customers. They can be taught to be presentable and
active all the time so they can motivate the customers.
They should listen and help everyone in need of
assistance.
All the staff at jetts should work as a team to achieve all of
the above three objectives. This will be the internal
marketing for jetts.
