How to Login to RESA Web

From a computer connected to the Accor network open Internet Explorer (version 7
or 8) and connect to:

https://resaweb.accor.net

From a computer connected to the Accor network open TARS Web portal and click
on the RESA Web link:

Logon with the same TARS Login you use to connect to DATA Web.
Only HxxxW Hotel TARS profiles can connect to RESA Web
(H001W, H002W, H003W, H004W, H005W)

How to navigate in RESA Web

The navigation tabs offer the following options:


NEW RESERVATION : Used exclusively to lookup the Customer Insight
RETRIEVE A FILE : Used to review any reservation made through TARS
ARRIVAL LIST : Allows to print an arrivals list of all TARS bookings for a specific day
NEWS : Displays news about the Accor Network (Hotel openings, promotions)
USER ADMIN : Used to modify your password

How to identify a Customer?


To search for a Customer is done from the NEW RESERVATION tab.
Multiple options exist to search for a Customer
By ID Guest : Le Club Accor Hotel or Advantage Plus number
By E-mail address
By First & Last Name / City and Country : this is the longest option to search and
no results will be displayed if over 50 matches are found
Clicking on the magnifying glass
allows to validate, clicking on the Rubbish Bin
allows to delete an entry. The Enter key
also can be used to validate.

Once the guest is identified click on the Card Name to access the Customer Profile.
Guests that are not Le Club AH or Advantage Plus members will have No Card
instead of the card name.

Once the Guest is identified click on the Card Name or No Card to open the Customer
Insight Card.

Search for an existing Reservation?


To search for an existing reservation is done from the RETRIEVE A FILE tab.
Reservations can be searched by different criteria:
By File Number : This is the TARS confirmation number. It is always formed as
XXX-XXXX such as H4S-069O. The File Number is listed in the TARS
reservation email confirmation.
By Reservation Number : Each TARS reservation can contain up to 7 rooms.
Each room will have a dedicated Reservation Number such as 1309010503 but
all rooms will share one File Number.
The first 6 digits of the Reservation Number indicate the check-in date in YYMMDD format.
The Reservation Number 1309010503 is for a booking arriving 01 September 2013.

Additional Search Options include. All of these Additional Search Options you must
select a period of maximum 14 days based on the Arrival Date or Reservation Date:
By Guest Name
By Cancellation Name
By Client Code : Le Club AH / Advantage Plus card number
By CRO and User : search bookings made by a specific Call Center Agent
By CF Number : confirmation numbers used on GDS
By RL Number : Record Locator used on GDS
By External References : confirmation numbers from OLTAs connected to TARS
such as Expedia or Booking.com
