CONCEPT STAGE
We shall attend design briefing by client/Architect
and inspect the site
We shall make list of initial data required for
design purpose based on site and its topography.
After collecting data we shall provide Design basis
report (DBR) .
We shall suggest 2-3 structural system on the
basis of Preliminary design with tentative sizes of
structure members.
We shall conduct One to one meeting with
Architect for Finalization of structural system.

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
STAGE
On the agreement of structural layout from
architect and client, we start micro level correction
in the structural system
We shall provide necessary drawing
documentation needed as an structural consultant
for plan approval from local government authority.
We shall proceed with the creating structural
models for detailed analysis
We shall prepare framing plans and column
schedule giving all the necessary details including
sizes

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT STAGE

We shall then prepare typical details for the
framing plans
Develop column/wall schedule for basement and
foundation including raft/ pile cap design.
After preparing all the drawing necessary we shall
provide all the calculations plus cad and analysis
model to PEER REVIEWER (if appointed) for
review.
Shall coordinate with the PEER REVIEWER and try
to provide better design considering the
suggestions provided.

FINAL DESIGN STAGE

On final approval from Architect and Peer
reviewer (if appointed)we shall update structural
analysis and move towards detailed designing.
We shall complete detailed design and working
drawings for construction purpose and send Hard
copies to both client and architects as per initial
agreement.

CONSTRUCTION
ADMINISTRATION STAGE
We shall respond to all the queries raised by
contractor/client.
We shall attend relevant site meeting and also
make periodic visits to the site as per agreement.
We shall review and approve all the materials
used for construction
We shall provide Structural stability Certificate ( If
required) in prescribed format.
