“Human Resource Management is a series of
integrated decisions that firms the employment
relationship; their quality contributes to the ability
of the organization and the employees to get
their objectives.”

It is that part of the management which is related


with the human resources of an enterprise. It
includes planning, organization, directing and
controlling of the performance of the employees
and workers in the organization.

courage and resilience to convert the knowledge into
