Introduction
Ginger hotels has a need to translate all its
marketing material in seven languages
(Spanish, French, German, Dutch, Chinese,
Japanese and Korean) to use it for their foreign
clients. This will be an ongoing activity as this
material keeps changing. Also, they are also
planning to have their website redesigned for
the following languages. Ginger hotels is
evaluating using Crowdsourcing for this work.
Ginger hotels has also decided to outsource
development of their Property Management
System to an IT Service Provider.

industry in the world as well as in
India.
With the advancement of the budget
hotels its pace is accelerated.
According to World Travel and
Tourism Council India has the
potential of becoming the number
one tourist destination with the
demand growing at 10.1%/ annum.

Ginger hotels have a need to translate all its

Hiring of pool of translator, coder and customer based
on qualifing criteria.
Defining of SLA based on outcome based linked to
KPI.
Salient features:
Payment milestone: Monthly invoicing on last calander month,
based on INR 15 per word translation approved by QC.
Coder will get INR 550 per man hour duly approved log by PM
team. Monthly invoicing done on the last calendar month.
Tester will get INR 300 per man hour duly approved log by PM
team. Monthly invoicing done on the last calendar month.

Payment will be done in 30 days after
the submission of invoice.
10 of penalty clause for inaccuracy,
non-compliance with the time assigned
to perform.

based on the requirement of the work

this agreement without any notice.

Project Management team will ensure to
send assignment with clear time line and
expectation.
Proper evaluation of the executed part
shoul be recorded.
The complete work done log by different
individual should be shared to avoid any
confusion
Weekly meeting for coordination and
grievance handling.

comprehensive software application
used to cover some basic objectives
such as coordinating the operational
functions of front office, sales and
planning etc.
Now Ginger Hotel is looking for right
consultant for its PMS development
