(3) groups. They will classify the
pictures of artworks according to
20th century art movements. Each
art movement will have 2 pictures
of artworks.

visual effect)

- Previously, still lifes, portraits, and
landscapes were painted inside the
studio. The impressionists found that
they could best capture the everchanging effects of light on color by
painting outdoors in natural light.

away from the formal, structured
approach to placing and positioning

Basic forms such as planes, cones,
spheres, and cylinders all fit together
precisely and neatly in their appointed

eye.

- Uses sculptural materials and
other media to modify the viewers
experience in a particular space.
- Usually lifesize or even larger.
Installation can be constructed in
everyday public or private spaces
both indoor and outdoor.

- The actions of the performers
may constitute work. It can happen
any time at any place for any
length of time.
- It may include activities such as

assigned

particular
art
movement and they will create a
sample artwork.

APPLICATION
2. The participants will be grouped
per region. Using the matrix below,
each group will make a plan of
activities as to how they will apply
the
concepts
of
Differentiated
Instruction,
Localization
and
Contextualization in the different
topics.
