Automated Inventory
System

The Benefits

Easier tracking down the purchases, expenses and

inventory records

Support for inventory management that helps record and

track materials on the basis of both quantity and value

Optimize the security and validity of the number of

supplies, sales, purchases, expenses every month

Uses less of time for the accessing data or information

All data or information that currently stored in the

drawers or racks will be transfer to the database system
that will be safely saved in the computer

Data Flow Diagram

The Automated Inventory System starts from storing the

coding numbers of each product into a database file.

It will automate the inventory system as displaying the

number of products purchased and it automatically save
the number of products sold.

The Automated Inventory System that we are to develop

helps to make the process management become more
efficient and easier.
It is designed with an optimized and systematic
Automated Inventory System that has a user friendly
interface as well as a systematic and automated
approach for easier handling and this improved the Data
Management System.

Advantages

User Friendly
This database system is very simple, practical and easy to use and in
storing and accessing Data and information are uncomplicated.

Automation
The system will automate some of the processes that user suppose to do
it manually.

Faster
All finding records activities will be done by the system. The customers
wouldnt have to wait too long.

Backup and recovery

To prevent from losing Data and information, the system will have its own
backup system that will be updated daily.

Conclusion
Our proposal shares information by using an automated network
system that allows the Cashier (handles the purchases of
products)
and the Database Administrator (checks the products stocks) to
distribute relevant information about the products inventory .

Less time and paper to consume and

updated back up system is
implemented.

Summary
The

Spoiler Marketing encounters many

problems in their existing Manual Inventory
System:

Less

efficient and effective Data management

Not a user friendly
High cost for data storing
Takes a lot of time
No Backup and Recovery
Inconsistent Data

This

project demonstrates the efficient and

effective data and inventory management. It
uses less of time for accessing data or
information about the client and at the same
time makes the process become faster.

The

objectives of the study are the following:

make the management system more
efficient, data consistency, and provide a
comfortable and easily services for clients.

Therefore,

the group recommends

Automated
Inventory
System
to
eliminate data redundancy errors and
inconsistency of data.

It

is also recommended that they had

at least two persons that should be
trained for the system.
