EIP Set-up Guide For Dualis

Firmware 1060

Step1:
Verify Firmware 1060 is installed onto the Dualis
Download Software version 3.5
Step 2:
Verify that the Process Interface Tab under Applications is set to the
following

Create a new application
Step 4:
While in the Process Interface section, click change settings

Activate Result output and Model detail output by clicking ON

Step 5:
Verify RSLinx Classic is running (AB_Ethip-1 A/B Ethernet Running)
Connect to the Control Logix
Create a Generic Ethernet Device

Use correct IP Address and Connection Parameter settings listed

Step 6:
Download the file

Step 7:
Access the Data Tables by clicking on the Controller Tags

Step 8:
Change the Input and Output Data styles from Decimal to ASCII

Step 9:
Verify that the Output Data String has the correct characters

Step 10:
Trigger by changing any of the First 4 bytes on the Output Data and having
the trigger command t on byte 4.

Step 11:
Verifying the results on the Input Data
The results will begin on byte 215

Input Data Results:
