Steps For Negotiation/Quote Process without

Approval

Enter the Information in

Negotiations > Quote Form
Customer, Pricelist, Ship
to,Bill To

Enter Line info.

Ordered Item
Quantity etc.

Quote Status will be Pending

Customer Acceptance

Click on Customer Acceptance

from Actions button.

Click on Customer Accepted

from Acceptance Form.

Quote will get converted to

Sales order in Entered
Status.
The Standard Order flow is
followed for Shipping the item.

Steps For Negotiation/Quote With

Approval

Enter the Information in

Negotiations > Quote Form
Customer, Pricelist, Ship
to,Bill To

Fill the Information in Line Items

Tab Ordered Item, Quantity

Click on Progress Order

from Actions Button

Status is updated
to Pending
Internal Approval

Click on WF Notifications
from the Navigation. Select
the notification for the
Specific Quote.

Click on WF Notifications
from the Navigation. Select
the notification for the
Specific Quote.

Status gets updated to Pending

Customer Acceptance. After
Clicking on the Customer
Acceptance from Action option, We
have to Click Customer Accepted.

Clicking on the Customer Acceptance

from Action option, We have to Click
Customer Accepted.

Quote gets Converted

to the Sales Order
with Entered Status.

Book the order. Oracle

Standard flow will be followed
for Shipping.

We can see the Information about

the Quote in Version History. In the
Sales order form Click Version
History from Actions button.
