know how that will be necessary to AIMST

for various kind of emergency that could
happen at organization.

Fire Fighting Training staff will learn
basic skills to ward off fire and
reduce the destruction caused by
fire. Also will give awareness of the
danger of fire, guidance in the use of
extinguishers and how to carry out
the fire routine procedure.

Training
Time Management educate staff on better
time management, problem solving and
delegation skills will help staff to make the
most of their time and resources.
Kaizen, 5S & Lean how to identify and
eliminate all types of waste quickly and
efficiently, reduce cost, improve quality, and
meet work obligations as efficiently as possible.
7 Habits of Highly Effective People Staff will
learn skills needed to be more effective which
will be useful for business and personal life.

Presentation &
Communication
Communication Skills how to maintain positive
relationship, communicate better with customers.
Telephone Etiquette- staff will learn how to provide
superior service to customers over the phone and
handling difficult customers.
Professional Business Presentation Skills with Powerpoint
- staff will learn skills to be an effective presenter who
can communicate with confidence, power, and impact for
business.
Spreadsheet Excel. staff will be exposed with tools
and tricks of excel to improve their work using
spreadsheet and also data managing.
