Iphone 4 Problem

During this period ,because there are no TPC

command from network ,Iphone 4 may have
problem with inner loop power control ,that
cause RTWP increased high value in a very
short time (eg.40ms ,UE TX Power can
increase 60dB)

Suggestion

According to the analyze above ,Iphone 4 will cause

abnormal high RTWP during call release procedure.

A patch of NodeB is ready to resolve this problem, and

the verification test shows that the RTWP is normal
when Iphone4 release the call

We propose to apply this patch for several sites to verify

this problem on live network ,this Friday morning (201104-01)
