Stanadyne Filter Air Ingress

Service Information
If filter housing cap is removed in service, (to
assist in bleeding) then air ingress will result
Action
Under no circumstances must the cap be
removed to undertake this routine
maintenance procedure
The seal in the cap is designed for single use
only
If seal is broken and then is subsequently retightened back onto the filter housing, this
will result in air entering into the filter
housing which will then lead to a potential
'Slug' Advance box failure

New ESOS required, which is
interchangeable with existing
Perkins FIPs.
Old ESOS can not be used on
