State Attestation:

document has been issued.
MEA Attestation:
MEA attest the document and verifies its authenticity
to be used in UAE or for any global purpose.
Embassy Attestation
After attestation from MEA has been generated the
Saudi Embassy legalizes the document and
authenticates it to be used in Saudi.

Procedure for Saudi Arabia Attestation:

For Educational Documents:
Attestation by State Education Department (HRD/GAD) of
respective state + attestation from Ministry of External Affairs
(MEA) + Attestation from The Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia,
New Delhi
For Non-Educational Documents:
Attestation by State Home Department by the concerned State
Government/Union Territory + attestation from Ministry of
External Affairs (MEA) + Attestation from The Royal Embassy of
Saudi Arabia, New Delhi;
For Commercial Documents:
Attestation by Respective Chamber of Commerce + attestation
from Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) + Attestation from The
