An entrepreneur does not give up easily when
confronted with obstacles. He is not easily discourage
at early signs of failure. Instead, he imagination to take
repeated actions and if necessary, varies his
approaches until he gets the desired outcome.

Setting high but realistic standards of excellence
for himself, he finds it difficult to compromise on those
standards. So, in order to meet these standards, the
entrepreneur always strives to finds ways to do things

Take the practice of child-rearing. Many parents
insist on the traditional, authoritarian way of
bringing up children. The little ones are
discouraged from taking initiatives, exploring their
surroundings and asking questions, especially if
such question suggest disobedience or contrary
views to those in authority.
