A. PROBLEM

You are a technical support for ABC Ltd.


There is a new employee that was hired to
communicate with the East Asia customers.
You are assigned to configure his computer
with these requirements:
The Language
Can use Simplified Chinese, Traditional

Chinese, and Japanese language

The Desktop
More workspace than default and screen does not

flicker

The Desktop Appearance must look like Windows

Server 2003

The Desktop background must be his favorite picture

named HarryPotter.jpg

The My Computer, My Documents, and Internet

Explorer Icons should be appeared on the Desktop

Computer will be automatically locked after 5

minutes idle

The Start Menu and the Taskbar


Remove Microsoft Outlook Express icon from start

menu

Do not appear the My Recent Documents list, My

Music, and My Pictures on start menu

There should be shortcuts to frequently access

folders in Data driver named: Workspace, Ebooks,


Software, Movie

Quick Launch with some frequently access programs

embedded in the Taskbar, include: Show Desktop


command, Internet Explorer, My Computer, Mozilla
Firefox
