INTRODUCTION
Malaysia is a country that put a lot of

emphasis on education.
Our government has made efforts in
highlighting the importance of education
through implementing policies and plans:
Primary School Standard Curriculum
(KSSR)
Malaysia Education Blueprint 2013 2025
However, the governments, school and
teachers have encountered many challenges
in the process of implementing the policies.

NATIONAL INTEGRATION
Definition
A process as well as goal by which people inhibiting in a particular
territory. irrespective of their religious, ethnic and linguistic
differences.
Current issues
The tragedy of 13th May 1969 was an evidence of prejudices and
conflicts among ethnic groups.
In bridging the gaps of socio-economic between multi-ethnic groups,
our government has introduced policies such as The New Economy
Policy, National Education Policy and National Cultural Policy.
The implementation of those policies could enhance the declaration
of Rukun Negara.
Challenges to teacher
Differences in religion and culture.
Differences in education among ethnic groups based on their source
of living.
Different geographical location among ethnic groups based on their
source of living.
