A 15 y/o female three years prior to


admission was noted to suffer from
cough and colds. She then had
accompanying headache with fever for
five days. She was given unrecalled
medications then. Three weeks prior to
admission, she manifests with limping
on the right side and was noted to have
shorter right leg. Note the section of
the spinal cord on the next slide.

1.a. Classify the neurons found in the

according to shape and function
b. Point out the difference between the
