Case Summary
This case study is primarily based on the employees of Google
But these employees dont represent the majority of the
employees working at Google.
They are just those few talented employees who left Google in
search of something else.
The case clearly stated that most of those employees leave
Google to be an entrepreneur.
This case study is on motivation those Google is providing
for its employees, and also those it still is not.

Problem Statement
Google has tried everything to fulfill all the needs of its
employees. But certainly there are some needs for which those
talented employees are leaving Google. Google is mostly
facing the same sort of need determination problem for
those niche categories of employees.
