 85% of the respondent satisfied with the customer
service of the company. According to them services
provided by IL&FS INVESTSMART is much better than
other brokerage house
All the customer of IL&FS INVESTSMART are
satisfied with services like proper guidance, regular
updates and is also a trust worthiness

Brokerage charges of IL&FS INVESTSMART is slightly

higher than other brokerage houses.
 The brokerage charges are high as compare to
other trading brokerage houses.
There is a need of further betterment of the after
sales service for the existing customers. As
customer feel sense of security wherever they used
to get desired after sales services.
Plan with low amount of investment should also be
there as it further help to get the broad categories
of customers including the middle class people
having low income.
 Customer are unwilling to talk.
Sample size is small because according to
the rules , I was not allowed to interact
with the customer.
Brokerages charges charged by the
company will depend upon the turnover. If
the turnover of the customer is low then
high brokerage will be charged. if the
turnover of the customer is high then
slightly low brokerage will be charged.
