What is POKEMON GO !
Pokmon Go is an augmented reality game that challenges users to find and
catch Pokmon characters in their real world surroundings. The game allows
players to capture, battle, and train virtual Pokmon who appear throughout
the real world. It makes use of GPS and the camera of compatible devices.

How Does It works

The game works like a treasure hunt. After downloading the app, players
use Global Positioning Systemand their smartphone cameras to collect
virtual monsters. As you move around, your smartphone will vibrate to let
you know youre near a Pokmon. Touch screen and throw a Poke Ball to
catch it.

History
The first Pokmon games Japan 1996 for Nintendos Game Boy handheld
machine. Pokmon Go brings the world of the game in to the real world,
using a technology called augmented reality.

What is Augmented reality

Augmented reality is the integration of digital information with the user's
environment in real time. Whose elements are augmented by computergenerated sensory input. It is related to a more general concept called mediated

BASIC TERMS & SETTINGS

Start exploring. Eventually you will come across a Gym. Upon

visiting your first Gym you will be asked to join one of three
Teams. Mystic is Blue, Valor is Red and Instinct is Yellow. Team will
need to work together to defeat/take control .

How to Capture Pokemon

To capture the Pokmon, throw aPokballat the Pokmon by
swiping your finger towards it. If done correctly,you will see

17-year-old cousin. The two broke into a home inGuatemalain

Thirty PokmonGo players witnessed an unknown

assailantstaba user in Greenville, N.C. One other person was
injured, and the suspect remainsat large.

A teenage girlwas stabbedand her friend hit with apipe in

Redding, Calif., while searching for Pokmonat 2 a.m. A group of
assailants approached the two, asked for the girls purse, and
attacked the girls when she refused.

Crimes

Around 3 a.m. in Dover, Del. Saturday, a group of

peopleassaulted and robbeda 20-year old user. The man
believed his assailants, who stole cash and a gold chain, were
playing the game too.

In Missouri, astring of armed robberiesis linked to a group of

four teenagers. Police said the teens usedthe lure feature of the
app to attract their victims, and officialsconnected them to10 to
11 cases across two counties.

Saudi Arabian clericsbanned the app in the country, under a16-year-old

declared the original Pokmona form of gambling, even though neither
