Problem Statement
To develop a central platform to capture real time
images and report an issue of hazardous objects
with location and sync it with the server.
The data captured from mobile device will be
shown on Google Maps.
This data will be available to corresponding various
departments of government.

Purpose and Objective

The purpose of the system is to send the images,
audio or video related to issue to the respective
departments of the governments.
The user are sending this using the web services
and mobile device.
Using this system, the user can track the status of
his registered problems.

Literature Survey
In existing system, people do not have any central
platform where they can report all their issues. So
government do not understand the exact problem
and their location.
In Proposed system, we are developing one central
platform where all issues can be reported with
their location to respective departments.

Proposed Solution
The purpose of the system is to crowd source(eg.
potholes) data i.e send the images, audio or video
related to issue to the respective departments of
the governments.
The user are sending this using the web services
and mobile device.
Using this system, the user can track the status of
his registered problems.

Non-Functional
Requirements

Performance Requirements:
For good performance the server must be
dedicated and database must be normalized.
Mobile application should get the required RAM to
run the application.

The data sent will be encrypted data so that only
sender and receiver will understand the data.

shall provide simple graphical interfaces, similar to a map.
