General
Contract of sale
It is a contract
whereby the seller
transfers or agrees
to transfer the
property in goods
to the buyer for a
price. It may be
absolute
for

Transfer of property

unascertained
goods,

property in the
goods

transferred

the buyer unless
the goods are
ascertained.

property in the
goods passes to
the buyer when
the contract is

deliverable state

the buyer acquires

possession
of
goods even after
the sale, and he
re-sells the same
to other buyer,
who buys in
good faith, he
has the title of
the goods. S.30
