OPTIKS
Composed of comprehensive work on
and colour.
It was the model for experimental
physics in the 15th century
Newton made a small circle of
cardboard about 10c.m across and
divided it into 7 different sized sectors.
These sector represented the seven
visible bands and rainbow
Spin it round as quickly the white light
is appear

REFLECTING TELESCOPE
IT consist large concave mirror
Look at from the front it curves away from
you
Looking it from back it appear to be bulging
towards you
It made the light appear to come from a far
bigger object.

NEWTONS LIGHT THEORY

Light is composed of tiny particles
corpuscles emitted by luminous
bodies
This theory was then replaced by the
wave length theory in the 19th century
Light comes from electromagnetic
radiation
Electromagnetic radiation which
Travel as tiny bundles of energy
called light quanta or photons that
behave as particles

NEWTONS FIRST LAW

Every object in state of uniform motion

tends to remain in that state of motion
unless an external force is applied to it

Newton's 1st law came from Galileo and his

theory on inertia
Also known as the law of inertia
Inertia = Tendency of an object to resist
change in its velocity.

NWETONS SECOND LAW

The relationship between an objects mass
m its acceleration a, and the applied
force f is F=ma. acceleration and force are
vectors in this law the direction of the force
vector is the same as the direction of the
acceleration
The most difficult but most important law of the
three
All object move at 32ft/sec
Force = Mass x Acceleration
The force of an object is equal to its mass , times
and its accelertion

NEWTONS THIRD LAW

For every action their is an equal and

opposite reaction

. This

law is easiest to understand

. Forces come in pairs

EXAMPLES OF THIRD LAW

A bird flying through the air the wings push

the air down and the bird goes upwrd

A rocket taking off the force is pushing

down while the rocket is moving up

ACHIEVEMENTS

Mathematics was a part of Newton's interests since his

undergraduate days in Cambridge. Between 1664 and
his return to Cambridge after the plague
discovered that white light is composed of colours that
can be considered primary. He demonstrated that when
the light is sent through a prism, the colours will
separate.
Newton's most famousexperiment, the experimental
cruces', demonstrated his theory of the composition of
light
He published his own mathematics books in 1704 called
optiks
After passing he was buried at west minister Abbey

AWARDS

Sir Issac Newton was awarded many honours

during his life. mostly in the form of tittles and
positions

He was also the letter president in the royal

society

Issac Newton served as a member of parliament

and professor at Cambridge university

QUOTS

Errors are not in the art but in the

artificers

O Diamond! O Diamond! Thou little

knowest the mishient done!

Genius is patience

There are more sure marks of

authenticity in the Bible that in any
profane history

DEATH

Sir Issac newton died on March 20th 1927.

Aged 84

The following years he was the greatest

scientist who ever lived
