to the Method for Implementing GLOBE
Market/Business preparations
(MIG)
Starts once agreement in principle with the Market/Business to
undertake GLOBE Solution implementation or Business
Integration
Project Structure
One team owned / led by the Business, with the GLOBE
providing governance (start, proceed, stop decisions) and

leadership support
Functional sub-teams as a risk mitigating action based on project
scope and size
Process knowledge provided by the Business
GLOBE and/or LGO Functional Specialists provide GLOBE Solution
functional expertise

Mandatory Project Stage Completion Assessments

Training through Testing Strategy
Market Integration Testing 2 (MIT2) to re-enforce Super user
classroom training
11/22/16
Market
Acceptance Testing (MAT) using Day-in-a-Life (DIL)

SDM Structure
Project deliverables and activities are grouped into Project Stages
Each staged contributes to the overall success of the project and
requires stage completion assessments at the end of it
Projects are broken to manageable project stages
