o 8:35 8:40: Put away coat and backpack and get to your desk
o 8:40 9:00: Morning work & Morning meeting
o 9:00 9:20: Silent reading time
o 9:20 10:20: Math lesson
o 10:20 10:40: Snack/break
o 10:40 11:40: Reading and Writing lesson
o 11:40 11:55: Teacher read aloud
o 12:00 12:45: Lunch and Recess
o 12:50 1:00: Silent reading time

Walk in the hallways?

Enter the classroom?

Raise one finger to go to the bathroom, and two to get a drink! Move your name to the out
section on the In or Out of Class? sheet, and take a hall pass! When you return, move your
name back to the in section.

Turn in my homework and other assignments?

o

Quietly put away your supplies, push in your chair, and get in line order behind the door!

Ask to go to the bathroom or get a drink?

o

Quietly hang up your coat and put your supplies in your cubby, then get to your desk and start
working on your Morning Work!

Exit the classroom?

o

Stay in line order and walk quietly! Other classes are trying to learn!
