Methodology

Distribute the 70% weight among common indicators based on their


relative importance
We considered 10 years data for each indicator and calculated the
weighted average.
Compare the values for each indicator and assign relative score.
Relative will be between 0 and 100.
Most efficient country will get 100 and least efficient country will
get 0. And the countries in between get scores proportionally.
Multiply the relative score with assigned weight and add them
together.
Now add them with scores of country specific indicators to get a final
score out of 100.
