Caris at lower molars

:Patient Instruction
1. Brushing your teeth
(at least twice a day or after every meal)
use a soft bristled toothbrush
Brush gums and tongue along with your teeth.
Dont brush too hard because this can cause gingival
(gum) recession.
2. Floss your teeth regularly
Flossing removes plaque from behind your teeth that
brushing misses.
Flossing helps prevent periodontal disease by removing
plaque.

Single tufted brushes: one large bristle for
cleaning spaces between teeth . to carry
medicated gel into pockets.

Regular rinses with a good mouthwash helps to
