Why AEMISS?

Artificial-because we are trying to create an artificial home for humanity

Earth- because we are trying to make it similar to the Earth
Modular- because the station shall be divided in modules
Independent- because each module shall be independent from the others
Space- because the space is not the limit
Settlement- because it shall represent home for 36678 people.

Industry

The continued exploration of the solar system is a challenge

that can unite nations, advance science, and ultimately end our
confinement to one fragile planet. We colonized the globe in
the old era and will inhabit the space in the new one. Escaping
dependence on one vulnerable world, we shall find new
cultures and new species of awareness, spreading
consciousness onto the cosmos.
