QUE ES UN COILED TUBING?
Un Equipo de Coiled Tubing es una unidad porttil e hidrulicamente
energizada diseada para inyectar y recuperar tuberas con sartas de
herramientas bajo presin dentro de un pozo petrolero. Estas tuberas varan
en dimetros desde 1 hasta 3 .
Dicho Equipo se utiliza para muchas actividades dentro de la industria del
Petrleo entre las que destacan: Estimulaciones, Perforaciones,
Cementaciones, Pesca, etc.
Estas unidades constan bsicamente de Inyector, Reel o Carrete, Arco Gua y
Power Pack, para realizar una actividad de CT.
