PROJECT BACKGROUND
A design of suitable automated system for generating
question papers and managing related data may prove in an
Educational Institute. In this paper, I has proposed an
integrated automated system that stores questions related
to a particular course and prints a question paper.. There are
provisions to enter and edit data suitable to any educational
organization with complete freedom for specifying courses.
This enables an educational institute to generate question
ensuring security and is a boon for organizations with
limited staff and resources. This system aims to provide fast
operations, data storage and security for all its tasks

FKMPT not using any system for lecturer to
make question paper, but only use a manual
system based on paper

PROJECT OBJECTIVE
To develop question paper generator system
for FKMPT
To provide the standard template for question
paper and answer schema
To design easier for lecturer to distribute the
question for student

SCOPE OF STUDY
There will be 2 categories of user namely admin
and lecturer :
Lecturer can insert their question and using
template question into a system
Admin roles are to register
lecturer,manage(Edit,Add,Delete) the data and
upload the template

LITERATURE REVIEW (SIMILAR SYSTEM)

Firstly, Automatic paper generation system which will enable college

authorities to automatically generate question papers out of existing
question bank in the database. The system will have capability to
process different unique sets of papers very automatically
Secondly, I found the quick quest system is similar too. Quick quest is
an easy to use, flexible, powerful and network software that enable
educators in organizing a subject specific question answer bank
online and generate question papers with automatic random
selection of questions.

Thirdly, VRITI- CBSE Question Paper Generator is designed mainly for

Coaching classes/ Schools and Teachers. It is always a challenging
task of setting question paper in the part of a teacher.

EXISTING SYSTEM
In the existing system all the jobs of the Question paper
generation is done manually. This is very difficult to the
lectures who want to generate different papers every
time. The currents system is that an organization wants
to keep the physical records of the Question paper details
in their office and a separate record for the student
details. In the current system there is no way to store the
details of the question paper on systems. So many
complaints against organization can arise from the faculty
side. More over there is no detailed record of the exams
operation in which they service

PROPOSED SYSTEM
The proposed system is very useful for the faculties and
lectures. This avoids the Exam question paper leakage
which was effecting students who are trying hard to get
good marks on those exams. Faculties work can get
minimize the stress of setting question paper and
conducting lab exams become so simple and also can
keep essential documents related to the exam paper
and the lab paper as a softcopy. The advantage of the
proposed system is the reduction in the cost of the
office equipments and the transaction is done quickly

METHODOLOGY
This system that used in the development of the
system is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
SDLC is the process of understanding how an
Information System (IS) can support business needs,
designing the system, building it and delivering it to
users.

The SDLC traces the history (life cycle) of a developing

information system. Structured design methodology is
Waterfall Development.

CONCLUSION
Question generation process is a hard activity
in the educational environment that became
one of the most popular research problems in
modern days. The proposed system is a
solution to question generation based on a
template. The proposed system is flexible,
ready to use, ease to use and applicable of
education environments. As well as formatting
can be done for the generated question paper.
Lastly , I hope this system can apply and useful
to lecturer for more effective to make a
question paper.
