System Work

Identify community experts and their fields


Conduct an interest-based assessment of
learners for groupings
Advocate the different fields of work for
learners pool of choices
Start with a master, to teach a pool of
trainers/learners or a group of masters to
teach a group of trainees
Arrange schedules between masters and
their learners with facilitation of ALS
implementers.

How To Use

Prepare a listing of competencies for each


course.
At the end of the project cycle, the
facilitator shall hold an individual
interview/conference with the InfEd
participant.
Using the listing, the facilitator will ask
participants to assess the extent of
mastery of each competency listed.
The facilitator may provide suggestions to
improve the competency not mastered or
any area that the participant does not do

Ask for other competencies that are not in


the list and add these competencies.
Make positive comments about learning
these additional competencies.
Review and sort out the competencies
that the participant can do well/mastered.
Copy all these competencies that the

to the
ALS Logo

MEANING/COMPOSITION
THE ALS BRAND IS COMPOSED OF A LOGO AND A LOGOTYPE.

The logo is expressed in the


acronym of
alternative learning system, i.e.,
ALS, with
three dots above A and L.
The logotype spells out the
educational
product, or the ALS name.
The three dots represent the ALS

MEANING/COMPOSITION
THE ALS BRAND IS COMPOSED OF A LOGO AND A LOGOTYPE.

In the composite, the ALS brand


includes
the tagline LIFELONG LEARNING,
its end
goal. The ALS brand exudes a
character
of firmness, dynamism, and
confidence.

The ALS Name

The ALS name shall be Alternative


Learning System, and is rendered
as an organic part of the logo, i.e.
the logotype. The ALS logotype is
not to be taken apart from the
logo. The ALS name, as the
logotype, assumes the blue hue.
It is projected that in time, the ALS
name as the logotype may be
dropped from the logo itself when
a strong brand recall becomes

COLOR APPLICATION

There are three (3) colors used in


the ALS logored, green, and
blue. For the reference of offset
printers and merchandise makers,
the files of the logo rendition
(color or grayscale) are flattened,
and hence do not allow for any
manipulation, except for
enlargements or reductions.

GRAYSCALE
APPLICATION

The ALS logo, shown here in


composite rendering, may be
used in grayscale printing.

THE TAGLINE

The tagline is LIFELONG LEARNING,


encoded in capital letters, and may
be used as an addition to the logo.
The tagline is rendered in SOLID
BLACK.
The tagline must be applied
vertically center-center only.
The tagline must be not separate
from the logo and the logotype.
