To remove the dirt,

materials from orange
fruits.
GMP was applied at this
step.

The juice was filter again to


ensure that the juice free from
any waste. The juice must
totally fitrate to get the best
juice for the consumer to
consume it.

FILTRATION

fresh juice,

It important in
production of beverage
product, the set

82C -95C ) for 30s,
It to inactivate, destroy
spoilage microorganism
in order to extend shelf
life.
In this process, the
flavour and nutritional
value is decreased.

5 concentrated juice
extract is same
approximately 5times
more concentrated that
squeeze juice. It dilute
with water to produce
frozen juice to extend
shelf life, easy in storage
and easy in
transportation.

This step, to ensure the


sterility. The juice was fill in
hot conditions. The packaged
(glass bottles/ metal) but for
tetrapack packaging the juice
filled in sterile environment.
After filled, the packaged juice
was cooled as fast as possible
and the shelf life about 6-8
month.
