The Comedy Cartel Campus Tour 2016
Project Profile
The Comedy Cartel - the pioneer of point-of-view (POV) stand-up comedy in the country
will stage its Stand-Up Comedy Tour this year entitled Comedy Cartel All Stars: The
Comedy Cartel Campus Tour 2016. eCircle Entertainment will finance and produce this
tour. For such eCircle needs student organizations or student councils from various
campuses to tie-up with and have a revenue-sharing scheme with via a guaranteed-
ticket-sales arrangement. This is applicable to schools, school organizations and
student councils who need to raise funds for their various projects and beneficiaries but
do not have much funds to produce an event or pay for the necessary down-payments in
order to produce such an event (i.e. artist talent fees, collateral printing etc.)

Show Description
Point of view stand-up comedy show (Observational Style Stand-Up). Comedy material
is based on comical references thats relatable to almost everyone.

Proposed Dates/Show Duration/No. of Performers

January 1 to December 31, 2017
1 hour 30 minutes plus show
6 Performers per show (Including one host)

Schools Participation

- School Administration/Organization/Council should provide the following:

Venue (preferably a theatre or auditorium with a minimum capacity of 1000 pax)
complete with a stage, electrical supply & a dressing room
Lights & Sounds system (Basic PA system with lighting equipment)
LED screen or LCD Projector (6000 Lumens up) with screen
Campus/On-site promotional efforts
Manpower support
Reserved parking slots
Marketing and promotional efforts for the show
Guaranteed ticket selling based on mutually agreed terms
Permits
Other efforts deemed necessary by eCircle Entertainment for the success of this
project

- E-Circle Entertainment will provide the following:

2 pcs. Generic Event Streamer (2 x 6or depending on schools
size limit specification)
Generic Campus Tour Posters (25 pieces)
Ticket printing (Depending on Schools guaranteed number of
tickets to be sold)
Online promotion
On-site promotion via the Comedy Cartels live shows

Proposed Project Breakdown (No. of Guaranteed Ticket Sales to be sold by the school):

Option A: 1) 1000 tickets at Php 200 each = Php 200,000

Profit Sharing: 70% (eCircle Entertainment) = P 140,000 / 30%(School) = P 60,000

2) 2000 tickets at Php 200 each = Php 400,000

Profit Sharing: 60% (eCe) = P 240,000 / 40% (School) = P 160,000

Option B: 1) 1000 tickets at Php 300 each = Php 300,000

Profit Sharing: 60% (eCe) = P 180,000/ 40% (School) = P 120,000

2) 2000 tickets at Php 300 each = Php 600,000

Profit Sharing: 50% (eCe) = P 300,000/ 50% (School) = P 300,000

Option C: 1) 1000 tickets at Php 500 each = Php 500,000

Profit Sharing: 50% (eCe) = P 250,000/ 50% (School) = P 250,000

2) 2000 tickets at Php 500 each = Php 1,000,000

Profit Sharing: 40% (eCe) = P 400,000/ 60% (School) = P 600,000

Note: All profit sharing packages are exclusive of VAT and other taxes

Conditions for Event Sponsorship

Option A
eCircle Entertainment will bring in existing endorsements/sponsors for this tour and
will be given first priority rights (lock-out application) in getting sponsors for the
tour/show.

Schools may also get minor sponsors and donors only for their show, but these should
not compete with the existing endorsement/sponsors which will be acquired or has
existing arrangements with eCircle Entertainment.

Option B
The school will be given first priority rights (lock-out application) in getting sponsors
for the tour/show. The school will then give e-Circle Entertainment a thirty percent
commission (30%) of sponsorship revenue (i.e. cash, gift certificates,
merchandise/barter, services etc.) for producing this event.

eCircle may also get sponsors for this specific school shows, but these should not
compete with the schools acquired sponsors. The eCircle will then give the school a
thirty percent commission (30%) of sponsorship revenue (i.e. cash, gift certificates,
merchandise/barter, services etc.)as their share for the event.
