-Cost leadership
The purpose of cost leadership is to provide the same value or more to
customers at a lower cost than its competitors.
- Differentiation strategy /product differentiation
Differentiation strategy on the other hand strive to increase customer value by
improving the customer received
- Focusing strategy
A firm selects or emphasizes a market or customer segment in which to
compete
