Mini-Research (essay)
Find a real case describing any leadership
communication problems in a company
(related with the course content , and offer
a knowledge-based solution.
The case has to be supported by empirical
evidence (either objective or subjective
parameters).
Write the case and the solution in the short
essay format (Bahasa Indonesia or English),
not exceeding 3,000 words.
Email the essay to
galanglufityanto@ugm.ac.id, indicating your
full name and the course in the email
subject.
The deadline of submission is 16 April 2017
at 11.59

Mini-Research (presentation)
Using the same topic as written in the
mini-research essay, you will present it to
the audience.
Printed-out version of presentation slide
should be ready for lecturer.
PPT slide should be ready in hand, saved
in individual USB stick.
Time allocated for individual presentation
is: 7+3 minutes.
The order of presentation will be randomly
determined and informed on the spot.
Any excuse for postponing the
presentation, other than absenteeism, will
be sanctioned.

Galang Lufityanto, M.Psi., Ph.D. is
a psychologist, cognitive-
neuroscientist, national-award writer,
and world-class researcher. He has got
his Ph.D. in Cognitive Neuroscience
from School of Psychology, The
University of New South Wales (ranked
16th in the world). One of his academic
works has been considered as the first
one that provides a scientific evidence
of Intuition in Decision Making. Besides
being published at the top journal of
psychology (i.e. Psychological Science)
his work has also appeared on popular
websites such as: The Sydney Morning
Herald and just recently on a Pulitzer-
Award Winning online platform: The
Huffington Post. Currently
