Due to delay in space booking and late payments, better spaces were lost.
Space for Pakistan Pavilion be timely committed on the main gangway
DPEs did not implement agreed layout plan. Pakistan Pavilion lacked
harmony, as no single theme could be followed so it did not give the look of
a National Pavilion. Lighting / layout of pavilion may be improved by hiring
single stall builder
Display of the (Over Hanging) name of Pakistan Pavilion to make the
pavilion prominent / visible from a distance.
As an SOP, an individual of DEPO team must have the experience of a
foreign exhibition

participating. DG DEPO has been approved as IDEX official
delegate having free tpt and free accn at GHQ Officers Club

Other than IHD, 2x coord conferences with DPEs on 19 Dec
