Second offense: Individual warning

Fourth offense: Parental contact(behavior

Transition- Lesson of the day to individual work
Conversation: Yes; to ask for any materials such as paper,
pencil, book, etc.
Help: Students either raise their hand or come to the desk.
Activity: After the lesson the student will take a few
moments get out material needed, then complete the work
assigned by themselves.
Movement: Yes; if a student has questions, need to
sharpen pencil, need more materials, etc.
Participation: Writing on paper, looking at book, asking
questions.
