Techlogix is a software company founded in 1996 in Lahore, Pakistan that uses both offshore and onshore business models. In 2001, the company's co-founder Kewan Khawaja implemented a new "Short Cycle Process" for projects due to communication issues caused by terrorism, political instability, and religious holidays. This process aimed to standardize projects but provide more flexibility than Techlogix's previous formal process. After reviewing two projects, Techlogix decided to use the less formal, more flexible and spontaneous process used in the Government of Guam project going forward in order to adapt more easily to varying client needs and changing requirements.
