1. Able to read and write;
2. Has good moral standing in the community;
3. Must at least be High School Graduate;
4. At least 30 years old;
5. Willing to undergo training;
6. Can oversee clients whenever necessary;
7. Passionate in public service;
8. Must be aware on the occurrences in the barangay
community;
9. Must be dedicated in helping others reform.
