Healthy-sick like a river of water flowing from upstream to downstream,
If since the upstream, preventive and promotive efforts,
Then the water will remain clear until the river downstream,
As a healthy state at all times,
Even if there is a murky river water to downstream,
Then of course the numbers are not a lot,
Likened to a sick person, who need to be curative and rehabilitative.

Sehat-sakit ibarat air sungai yang mengalir dari hulu ke hilir,

Apabila sejak dari hulu, dilakukan upaya pencegahan dan promosi,
Maka air sungai akan tetap jernih hingga ke hilir,
Seperti keadaan sehat sepanjang waktu,
Kalaupun ada air sungai yang keruh sampai di hilir,
Maka tentu jumlahnya tidaklah banyak,
Diibaratkan orang sakit yang perlu upaya kuratif dan rehabilitatif.
