A. Texture

It is the property by which we can identify how the matter feels

if it is rough, smooth, or, coarse
This property describes how
consistent a material is
throughout.
C. Strength

It is the materials ability to withstand an applied

load or force without failure.

Example:

Concrete has a higher strength than gypsum.

The resistance of the material to deformation when a
force is applied to it.

Example:
The rubber band is more elastic than dough
It is the ability of the material to return back to its
original position when it is dropped from a given
height.
This property determines how easy it is to roll or hammer
out the material without breaking it apart
