Academic individual subject handling faculty member.

For model examination, question paper has been set up by External

Four Cycle of Revision is planned and conducted. In a session the students

are made to read and write at least 3 big questions and 5 Two mark

ix. Challenges faced during this semester & suggestions
Challenges Ahead-Faculty Perspective:
Industrial collaboration beyond Cuddalore and Pondy is needed.

Standardization of teaching pedagogy and course materials
Get familiar with latest softwares related to mechanical Engineering through interaction with high
performing Institutes like IITs, NITs, best SF Colleges etc
Academic interaction with experts by attending FDPs/Seminars conducted by leading institutes
Opportunities for getting funds are more when the persons are more in pursuing Ph.D.
It is very difficult to get Job order for consultancy work with the available resources (CNC machine)
Identification of Industries for IPKT / IWAP with subject relevance is very tough.
Challenges Ahead-Students Perspective:
Lack of interest among the students (Low aspiration level)

Lack of preparation for the placement by students
Make them to do projects based on industry defined problems
Make them Self responsible
Discipline Meager support from Parents (Less interested towards their wards performance
