Stand up and lower your hips till the position of your hips and
thighs are at the same position; after that back to stand up again
Jump Squat
Stand up and open your feet a bit; then lower your hips till the position of
your hips and thighs at the same position. While stretch your hands
forward; and then jerk your body up (jump) to back at the first position
but stand on your toes
Burpees
Stand up, then touch the floor by using your hands, stretch your
feet backward and stand with your toes and jump highly with put
your hands up
Walking Lunges
Stand up and put your hands down with bringing two burbles; then
put your right leg forward while your left leg backeward till your left
knee touch the floor and bend your right knee forward. And then
back to the first possition.

HAVE A NICE DUTY
1. Divide the class to become 4 teams.
2. There are two choices theme. These are Baby
massage and Gym exercise
3. Instruction: After the team knew the teams theme;
they should minimally make 10 steps of good
instructions.
4. On the day, the team should be able to act based on
their own instructions which conducted by the other
team.
