Till 2011, they performed all the MIS manually.

After 2011, they established their IT dept and
launched ERP software.

When the sales department takes an order from

the distributors or customers, they are connected
with the finished good store through ERP.

CONNECTION OF FGS WITH PRODUCTION UNIT

When FGS has the limited stock left in their

store, they place an order to the production unit
through ERP, to make a batch as much required.
