Should have completed project in last 7 years in a tune of
One Project of Cost Rs.8600 Cr
OR
Two Projects of Cost Rs.5400 Cr
OR
Three Projects of Cost Rs.4300 Cr

High Rise Building Category


Experience in last 7 years of construction of 3 high rise buildings of height more
than 70m
At least 1 building shall be of min. 175m above Ground level

Financial Capacity
Min Net Worth = 350 Cr
Average annual turnover during last 3 years = 3220 Cr
Bidding capacity of bidder = Equal to or more than Contract value quoted by him

Criteria for Lead member

Consortium of maximum 3 entities allowed


Lead Member should have min 26% stakes in Consortium and highest
equity holding in consortium
Lead Member shall satisfy at least one project under the Technical
Capacity(Either Real Estate or High Rise category); provided the balance
requirements mentioned under Technical Capacity is satisfied by the
Consortium Member.
