December 16, 2011 Tropical Storm Sendong /Washi
ravages Region 10, particularly in Cagayan de Oro and
Iligan City, causing loss of lives and property.
February 2012 a group of Sendong survivors who used to
reside near the vicinity of the Carmen river organized an
association, thus leading to the rise of Blessed Ville
Homeowners Association, Inc which was organized through
the efforts of the Most Reverend Archdiocese of Cagayan
de Oro City through its Social Action Center led by Father
Nathaniel Lerio.
Memorandum of understanding dated June 12, 2012, the
said community association was turned over by the Social
Action Center to TOUCH Foundation Inc. as its CMP-
Mobilizer to assist them in their application to avail a loan
for the lot acquisition and house construction loan through
the Community Mortgage Program (CMP) of the Social
Housing Finance Corporation (SHFC). In their quest to
acquire a lot safer from where they came, the Peace and
Equity Foundation (PEF) put up a guarantee fund to SHFC
so that compliance of the documentary requirements set
for submission by SHFC can have some leeway and
consideration to hasten payment of identified and
acquired lot to its landowner in their pilot program on CMP
offsite express lane processing of documentary
requirements.
In November 12, 2012, Blessed Ville Homeowners
Association, Inc. had acquired their Certificate of
Registration from HLURB. Blessedville acquired a parcel of
land to be used for the establishment of a subdivision,
during which they approached an expert to conduct a
topographic survey and subdivision scheme.
Proposed subdivision of
Blessedville
Barangay Indahag is a peaceful, clean, unpolluted and
productive barangay with educated, peace-loving and
self-reliant residents.
The proposed area of Blessedvilles subdivision is situated
in Barangay Indahag, Sitio lomboy, the location is in
close proximity to one elementary school, one
highschool and a church. Thus making the Subdivision a
prime residential area.
Water Waste

Wastewaters are waterborne solids and liquids

discharged to the sewers and represent the wastewater
of community life. In composition wastewater includes
dissolved and suspended organic solids, which are
"putrescible" or biologically decomposable. Domestic
wastewater also contains countless numbers of living
organisms - bacteria and other microorganisms whose
life activities cause the process of decomposition.
Classification of Systems
Class 1 A chemical toilet, an incinerating toilet, a
recirculating toilet, a self-contained portable toilet and
all forms of privy including a portable privy, an earth pit
privy, a pail privy, a privy vault and a composting toilet
system.
Class 2 A class 2 sewage system can only be used for
the treatment and disposal of greywater (non-human
body waste) i.e., kitchen sink wastes, bathtubs, washing
machines, etc
This type of system is ONLY adequate to treat small
amounts of greywater (less than 1000 litres per day) for
premises such as cottages and hunt camps, etc.
Classification of Systems
Class 3 a cesspool.
Class 4 The most common type of sewage system,
which is used to service single-family dwellings, multiple
units, and commercial premises is Class 4. It is typically
composed of a two-compartment septic tank and a
leaching bed. The septic tank collects the raw sewage
and helps in settling and digestion.
Class 5 a system which requires or uses a holding tank
for the retention of hauled sewage at the site where it is
produced prior to its collection by a hauled sewage
system.
