What and When to Eat:
Breakfast What do we eat in the morning?
Lunch What and where we take lunch?
Dinner Is the dinner or pass it?
A hearty breakfast, taken early in the morning, can
give you the energy for brain and muscle tissue
required for the day.
At breakfast time the stomach is in a better condition
to digest more food than at the second or third meal
of the day because it is literally breaking an overnight
fast.
Various scientific studies show conclusively that
eating an adequate breakfast better sustains the
body to do more work during the entire day with less
tiredness and more energy, less fatigue and better
mental attainments

Obviously, you dont last too long without
breathing. But you can be breathing and still
not be getting enough oxygen. If you dont
have enough oxygen, your cells wont be able
to repair your DNA. A low cellular oxygen level
(Chronic hypoxia) is the root of many chronic
diseases - cancer in particular. Sadly, this low
oxygen state is very common today.
Heres how you can massively increase your
oxygen levels: Jumping jacks!
1. Do 25 jumping jacks, then rest until your heart
rate has almost returned to normal.
2. Do 25 more jumping jacks, but this time do
them faster. Try and finish in half the time of your
last set. Take time again and recover.
3. Do 35 jumping jacks. Take some time to
recover.
4. Do this exercise 3 times per week and soon
youll find that youre able to work out at a high
intensity
5. Walking, although one of the simplest
exercises,
Walking
We were created for action. Exercise provides greater vitality, extra
energy, and longer life.
1. Walking uses almost all of the body's 206 bones and almost all of
the body's 604 muscles.
2. Almost everyone can do it without having to learn new skills.
3. It does not require any expensive equipment.
4. It is easy on the joints.
5. The pace is easy to adjust.
6. It can be done anywherefrom shopping malls to the great
outdoors.
7. You can get fresh air and sunshine at the same time if you are
walking outside.
8. Walking lends itself to socializingmake walking fun by including
family, friends, or your dog.

Water
By weight, the average human adult is approximately 60-70 % water
Intracellular fluid (2/3 of body water 62.5% of body fluid is
intracellular.
Extracellular fluid (1/3 of body water). 37.5%
Plasma (1/5 of extracellular fluid). Per Guyton's illustration, of the 15
litres of extracellular fluid, plasma volume averages 3 litres.[9]
Interstitial fluid (4/5 of extracellular fluid)
Transcellular fluid

Pure plain water is the best way to replace the fluid you need.
A lack of water dehydrates the fluids, tissues, and cells of the body.
It causes the blood to thicken, increasing the risks of stroke and
heart disease. Dehydration can mimic hypoglycemia, causing
headaches, tiredness, and fainting spells.
Water is an all-purpose cleanser both inside and
out of the body. It is an abundant and effective
agent for washing away dirt, germs, and bacteria.
All our tissues, vital fluids, and secretions contain
a large percentage of water. Water is of great
importance in maintaining health. It is the basic
component of all existing things.
The skin is one of the organs the body uses to
eliminate waste products. If these impurities are
allowed to remain on the skin, they can cause
illness. A clean body and surroundings are
indispensable for physical and mental health.
Other beverages are unable to purify like water.
To most people, the word temperance means either
abstinence from alcohol, or moderation in all things.
Temperance has changed in meaning,
In the 18th century, writers and orators such as Patrick
Henry made a distinction between moderation and
temperance.ii The original meaning was more than
abstaining from alcohol (teetotalism) or moderation.
Moderation implies that we can do anything we want as
long as we dont do it too often
Temperance can include moderation and abstinence, but it
is more than either one. As Francis E. Willard wrote,
Temperance is moderation in the things that are good and
total abstinence from the things that are foul
More than our physical appetites, temperance deals with
our minds and morals.

The human body must have oxygen; each of its 100 trillion cells must
receive steady, fresh supplies to survive. Every day, you take more than
17,000 breaths to keep your body fueled. The heart sends blood to the
lungs where it drops off carbon dioxide for elimination and picks up fresh
oxygen for delivery to every cell in the body.
Fresh air has many health benefits . It improves the brain's ability to
function, gives clarity to the mind, improves concentration, and boosts
learning abilities. It gives a sense of happiness and well-being by altering
brain levels of serotonin. It promotes quality sleep, and kills bacteria and
viruses in the air. Pollution causes air to lose these capabilities.
Environmental impurities affect people in a number of ways.
Symptoms include sore throats, burning eyes, coughing, sluggishness,
nausea, headaches, dizziness, exhaustion, and depression.
Pollution is also associated with increased asthma and other respiratory
problems, and many of pollution's contaminants have been linked to
increased rates of cancer and other illnesses.
Deep breathing induced by natural exercise will work wonders in
overcoming fear, developing courage, and strengthening the entire
nervous system
Supplying the body with pure air is important enough
to determine the difference between health and
sicknessbetween life and death. It is amazing how
much misunderstanding there exists even today about
fresh air and the role it plays in the health of the body.
It's almost unbelievable how many homes are poorly
ventilated, stuffy, and ill smelling.
Remember, fresh, pure air is the most vital
requirement for those who are sick, as well as those
who are well. Air is an indispensable healing agent.
It has been estimated that in order to keep the air of an
occupied chamber pure, each pair of lungs operating in
it must receive 3000 cubic feet of fresh air every hour.

It is impossible to grow either physically or
intellectually without rest. Work is an energy
expending process. Rest following work is a building up
and growing process. In these days of speed we seek
concentrated excitement, concentrated activity, and
concentrated business. We are constantly trying to
beat timeto do more work in less time.
During the day, the chief work of the body is done, but
during the night, the body is revived, the muscles are
built up, the brain tissue is restored, and the nerves are
recharged. For growth and health, a sufficient amount
of leisure and rest is essential.

There is an increase in irritability, while creativity,
concentration, and efficiency suffer. Sleep deprivation
impairs judgment, causing values and priorities to
change. Continued loss of sleep can result in
exhaustion, depression, delusions, paranoia, and
hallucinations. Losing as little three hours of sleep in a
single night can cut the effectiveness of your immune
system in half.
Slowed reaction time and decreased concentration
lead to an increase in car accidents. As many a 30% of
fatal automobile accidents are caused by a driver
falling asleep at the wheel. In a classic health study, it
was found that people who regularly slept seven to
eight hours each night had a lower death rate than
those who slept less than that.
TRUST
Research has shown that spirituality helps to control stress, strengthen the
immune system, and protect against heart disease and cancer. Beyond
these benefits, God promises eternal life to those who trust Hima life of
perfect health and freedom from pain, fear, and death.

But can we trust God? Does He even exist? And if so, does He care about
us personally? Before you can trust anyoneGod or humanyou have to
get to know them, observe their personality and character, communicate
and interact with them, and consider how they treat others
