B: Im working on the software for the corporate
server.
A: Wait, didnt you finish that already?
B: Sort of. I finished setting it up with all the office
workstations.
A: So, what are you doing now?
B: Next, Im going to tie in the embedded
computers in the company vehicles.

B: No. Is there a problem with it?
A: Yes, I think its getting wet.
B. Thats not good. Why do you say that?
A: Its really close to a window. And I heard some
hissing noise near the power supply.
B: If I were you, Id get a waterproof cover for it.
A: Id better give that a try.

Project: Home Banking Application
Current Progress: So far, I developed the program
for use on PCs, including laptops and desktops.
Reason for Extension: I would like to develop the
program for use on tablets because more and more
people carry tablets nowadays. An important
feature of the new version will be ease of use with
touch screens.

processor is slow and the fan is really loud. I
think the problem is that the computer is
overheating.
Request: The computer needs a new heat sink.

Description of Problem:
The customer was supposed to receive 30 regular optical mice
and 6 wireless optical mice. Instead, she received 36 regular
optical mice.
Correction needed:
We need to send 6 wireless mice right away.
Please describe any special offers you made to the customer: I
agreed to include two extra wireless mice in the order, free of
charge.
