In particular, this study expects to answer the
following questions:
1. Personal profile of TeleDevelopment Services
Incorporated rank-and-file employees:
1.1 Age;
1.2 Sex;
1.3 Civil Status;
1.4 Educational Attainment;
1.5 Number of Years in Service; and
1.6 Average Monthly Individual Income?
2. What is the level of awareness of the rank-and-file
employees of the companys non-financial incentives?
3. Do rank-and-file employees experience the effects of
the companys non-financial incentives?
4. Is there a significant difference of the non-financial
incentives of the respondents in terms of the
following demographic profiles: age, sex, civil status,
educational attainment, number of years in service,
and average monthly individual income?
5. Is there a significant difference of the effects of non-
financial incentives in terms of demographic profile of
respondents?
