Conclusions
non-financial incentives are also valued as a
motivating tool in the work environment
Recommendations
1. The management should maintain the already
effective reward system and continuously monitor the
performance of the rank-and-file employees.
2. As non-financial incentives are seen to have a
significant difference to the employees level of
awareness to them in terms of their number of years
in service, the management can implement an
effective reward system which will motivate the
employees to work harder and improve their
performance and to stay longer in the company which
in turn can be beneficial to the company as well.
3. The management should ask for their opinions,
particularly the female employees about how the
reward system will be more effective to them and
take note of suggestions.
4. As for the employees with the Undergraduate Degree,
observe the effects of the non-financial incentives
that they receive and make comparisons with the
Postgraduate Degree employees. This way the
management will be able to determine what makes
the workers with a higher level of educational
attainment more affected with the non-financial
incentives being offered.
